I’ve watched the photos fly across the internet for Sunday Snapshot over at Ni Hao Y’all for some time but this is my first time participating.

Ni Hao Yall
 

I was still trying to get through the 480 pictures from our Ultimate Roadtrip from central Ky to Seattle when I came across several pictures I immediately fell in love with.

And then I saw this one, taken in front of Grand Coulee Dam in Grand Coulee, Washington during our final day of travel. My little Sprinkles just desperately wants to be a cowgirl, she’s got the hat and the boots, and somewhere lurking behind those eyes is all the rest.

 

 

Taken with a Nikon D40. I don’t know the settings because I have no real idea how to use any of them. All I know is every now and again I get a picture that just melts my heart.
